Our tenancy agreements with occupants are also not standard ASTs or APTs or APTs. We are specialists in this structure and it is a core part of how our model protects landlords.
We Furnish & Provide White Goods
We furnish properties ourselves — including all white goods. No cost or effort to the landlord. We prefer unfurnished properties but can discuss alternatives.
